1. Marketing Representative:
We have an immediate vacancy for a marketing representative. The primary role is to visit occupants of various Pag-IBIG foreclosed properties in the Cavite region and encourage them to move from being an occupant of the foreclosed property to becoming the owner of the property.
​
You will then guide them through the entire process of eligibility for Pag-IBIG housing loans. You will receive in-house training for these tasks. You will be out on field work throughout most of your daily working hours.
​
The ideal candidate would be one who has a degree or diploma or in an undergraduate in social work or sociology. Candidates with public relations experience are also encouraged to apply. A good command of written and spoken English is essential.
2. Driver / Runner:
We have an immediate vacancy for a motor car driver to drive our marketing team around using the company car. In addition, on days when the marketing team are not out on field work, you will be required to collect or deliver documents to the various government offices and other regulatory authorities as instructed by your superiors. The ideal candidate should preferably have his own motorcycle for such commutes.

Your are also required to maintain the office grounds and attend to any minor handyman type works in the office. A working knowledge of spoken and written English is essential.
